The New Works Lab helps early-career actors, writers, and directors build creative momentum through structure, accountability, and a community of peers. We offer a space for rigorous experimentation where artists can test ideas, take risks, and grow their work. No one should have to face the blank page, the self-doubt, or the industry alone.
 We envision a creative world where early-career artists are no longer isolated or overwhelmed, but supported by communities that champion experimentation, accountability, and honest growth. The New Works Lab exists to be a launchpad for sustainable creative lives built on confidence, connection, and the courage to keep going.
 We believe great work happens when artists are allowed to show up messy, stay accountable, and stay connected.
We’re not here for polished. Or performative. Or content that feeds the algorithm.
We’re here for what’s honest. Messy. Half-formed. We believe the best work comes out of experimenting without fear of getting it “wrong.”

Connect A community for artists to create work while being supported, championed, and encouraged by others.

We organize constant script readings of new work. This is a chance for actors, writers, and directors to get to know one another better and find potential material to develop and produce.
Script Readings Meetups Social Network Workshops We host weekly virtual meetups which offers a space for our artists to be honest and open about their challenges, concerns, and goals. The meetups are a way for fellow artists to offer encouragement, insight, consolation, and inspiration as we continue our journeys to making great work.
